Climate change affects far more than our physical environment. It shapes our emotional world, our sense of safety, and our capacity to act. This event explores how climate anxiety, ecodistress, and feelings of grief or overwhelm can be understood and transformed through resilience, care, and community support. Participants will be introduced to energising resources designed to strengthen mental well-being and inspire meaningful climate engagement. This holistic event blends insight, emotional grounding, and embodied practice, hearing directly from the Climate Psychology Alliance.
