Want to learn a new sport or improve your skills? Get Active Learn It courses run over four weeks in small groups, led by student club members who know the sport. All equipment is included, so come as a complete beginner and leave with new skills and confidence. 

Our Basketball Learn It course runs every Thursday for 4 weeks on 8, 15, 22 & 29 Oct, 16:00–17:00 at Qmotion Sports Hall,

Places are limited, so book now! No Qmotion membership required.

Who can take part: Everyone. Sessions are mixed and open to all abilities (Women's Only Gym is for women only).

Cost: £10 per four-week course (£2.50 a session each week).

Women's Only Gym (3 weeks): Tuesdays - 6, 20 & 27 Oct, 11:00–12:00, Qmotion Women's Only Gym. (this course is £7.50 due to shorter course length)

Karate: Tuesdays - 6, 13, 20 & 27 Oct, 15:00–16:00, Qmotion Mind & Body Studio

Basketball: Thursdays - 8, 15, 22 & 29 Oct, 16:00–17:00, Qmotion Sports Hall

Hockey: Thursdays - 8, 15, 22 & 29 Oct, 17:00–18:00, Qmotion Sports Hall

Archery (8 weeks): - Fridays 9 Oct to 27 Nov, 11:00-12:00, Qmotion Sports Hall (this course is £20 as it runs for 8-weeks)
