Welcome to our Online Winter Fair

Our Societies, Student Media outlets, Volunteering groups, Sports Clubs and Students’ Union services are looking forward to meeting you and will be able to tell you a bit about themselves and talk to you live. The event is your opportunity to find out more about the activities and events you can get involved in during semester 2 and 3.

During this event, you’ll be able to talk to the different groups that you’re interested in joining and ask them any questions that you may have. Clubs and Societies are a great way of meeting new people, trying something new or continuing with an existing hobby or interest. They’re also a great way of gaining new skills and experiences – so see what you can find! Some of our Students’ Union services are also here to talk to you about the activities, campaigns and events they’ll be running this semester.

Event date: Wednesday 27th January, 3pm - 6pm

Meet our groups and services – this is your chance to meet our Clubs, Societies and Students’ Union services, just look out for the Online Today tags. If you're joining Teams calls we recommend doing this in 10 minute intervals (3:10pm, 3:20pm, 3:30pm, 3:40pm, 3:50pm, 4pm etc) so groups can tell everyone everything they need to and then answer any questions people have!

If joining a live video chat isn't for you, don't worry! Many of our groups are offering live chat via messenger. You can also contact most of our Clubs and Societies via email or other social media channels, just look for the links on their webpages.

If you want to join a group go to their website page and select a membership. Add it to your basket and buy your membership. Don’t forget to follow the group’s social media pages and groups to keep up to date with what the group is doing.
