Welcome to Women in Healthcare! We are a society dedicated to supporting women and women-identifying people at Barts in their journey here.
With a committee comprising over 40 students, we run regular weekly and monthly events aimed at students of all year groups and courses at Barts. This includes a mentorship programme, social events, academic events with guest speakers, outreach events within the greater East London community, and an annual conference at the end of the academic year.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, we plan to continue all of these activities again in addition to various new society events that we will host this year!
Buy subs to get monthly emails to keep up to date with what we’re up to. Sub-paying members will also be given certificates of attendance for events and schemes they are a part of - important for portfolios!
