The Barts and The London Association of Minimally Invasive Surgery (BLAMIS) aims to educate and train medical students in the latest techniques in laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

BLAMIS provides a dedicated space for medical students to explore minimally invasive surgery from an early stage in their careers. As laparoscopic and robotic techniques continue to transform modern surgical practice, we aim to encourage collaboration, develop practical surgical skills and provide students with valuable opportunities to engage with the field. Through our teaching, workshops and events, we hope to inspire and help train the surgeons of the future!
