Muay Thai

About

Muay Thai, known as "the art of eight limbs," is a dynamic and powerful martial art that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. It also incorporates clinching, where fighters deliver devastating short-range strikes and sweeps, easily making it the most complete form of stand-up fighting this university has to offer.

We run training sessions several times a week for anyone interested in learning this incredible sport - whether you're here to improve your fitness, refine your technique, or step into the ring and compete.

We’re proud to work with professional coaches who bring top-level experience and tailor sessions for all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned fighters. While Muay Thai is an individual sport, we train and grow together as a team, and our club is built on camaraderie, discipline, and passion. We also love to socialise - expect fight nights, socials, and plenty of opportunities to connect beyond the mats.
