The aim of our society is to promote the exciting world of General Practice to anyone interested. We provide our members with amazing events, including revision talks and exam tips, and career-related events!
The BL GP Society aims to improve understanding of General Practice and educate on the many options and possibilities a career as a GP can offer you.
We hold talks by local and well-renowned GPs on their much-varied lives and run clinical skills workshops with emphasis on communication; a key skill in all medicine but especially in GP consultations.
Every year we will be running our popular Audit Scheme where our members are able to go into local practices and carry out their own audits; something which looks excellent in your portfolio!
We are affiliated with RCGP (The Royal College of General Practitioners) and look forward to some exciting collaborations with them and with other societies this year.
