Description

Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, and the barbell racked around chest height. Hold the barbell with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width, and rest it on your upper chest, underneath your chin. After positioning your body correctly, press the barbell in an upwards trajectory by fully extending your arms simultaneously keeping a tight core and neutral spine. Once your arms have reached full extension, slowly lower the barbell back down to the starting position.
