Description

Placing the barbell in the same position as for the back squat, start with one foot directly in front of your body, and the other directly behind the body. Breathe in before you descend, slowly lowering your back knee to the floor. Once you have reached your lowest point possible slowly raise your back leg by pushing through your front leg, before begging your ascent breathe out forcefully.
