Description

Adjust seat height so mid-chest is aligned with top of the pad. Keeping feet on the foot pads, adjust the seat distance so you can grip the handles with a fully extended arm. Sit with a straight back and tight core, grab both handles and slowly pull back until elbows are in line with the torso. When this has been achieved slowly return to starting position.
