Description

Using the straight bar attachment, position the cables just above chest height. Place both hands at each end of the attachment with elbows tucked in. Take a step back so there is around 30cm between your body and the cable attachment. Slowly lower the bar until your arms reach full extension, at the end of the movement squeeze your triceps muscles. Once this has been achieved, return to the start position in a slow and controlled manner.
