
Queen Mary Christian Union and Barts Christian Union are teaming up next week to run Christian Gospel Week across both campuses in the latest of our liberation and faith initiatives.
The week running from Monday 1st to Friday 5th December features a series of relaxed, inclusive events designed to spark conversation, explore questions about faith and Christmas, and bring the student community together. All events are open to everyone.
What’s On
Holla-A-Hot Chocolate, Whitechapel
Monday 1, Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 December, 5–6pm, Garrod Building Foyer, Whitechapel Campus
Drop by for a free hot chocolate and snack. Each day, Barts CU will feature a new “question of the day” on a whiteboard, inviting you to share your thoughts or ask your own questions in a friendly, informal setting.
Christmas Carol Service
Thursday 4 December, Timing and Location TBC - check back soon!
A joint carol service hosted by QMCU and Barts CU. All students are welcome to come along for an evening of festive music and reflection.

Queen Mary Christian Union will bring the hot chocolate stand to Mile End, offering another chance to grab a warm drink, a snack, and get involved in the daily conversation question.
Prayer & Worship Night
Friday 5 December, 5:30pm-6:30pm, St Benedict’s Chaplaincy, Mile End Campus
End the week with an open invitation to a prayer and worship evening at St Benedict's Chaplaincy on the Mile End campus.
Get Involved Online
Throughout the week, both Christian Union groups will be filming short TikTok interviews with students, asking questions about Christmas and Christianity.
