Queen Mary University of London’s Women’s Football team are looking for an enthusiastic and talented coach to run the training sessions for the Women’s Football team for the upcoming season. The team currently competes in BUCS South East Tier 3B and is looking to strive in both BUCS and LUSL competitions. 

Required Qualifications and Certifications 
• Relevant Coaching Qualification
• First Aid Certificate
• Relevant Insurance

Training Days
Looking for availability on evenings and/or weekends. St Paul’s trust way school (125 St Paul’s Way, London, E3 4FT).

Job Description
• Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability players with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport
• Build confidence of returning players and keep retention rates up 
• Provide coaching expertise to improve the quality and standard of training 
• Be a leader and demonstrate a positive attitude throughout sessions 
• Deliver fun and exciting training sessions 
• Develop the team to be more competitive in their league and win as many games as possible
• Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for players
• Have an understanding of higher education sport 
• Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for this year
• Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct
