Student Council Chair

About the role:

The Student Council Chair represents all Council members.

Responsibilities:

• Chair all meetings of Student Council, the Annual Members meeting and Company General Law meeting
• Ensure all Student Council meetings are held in accordance with the Articles of Association, ByeLaws and Policy
• Ensure all Student Representatives and Part-time Officers are held to account and do all other duties as stated in the Articles of Association, Bye-Laws, policy or delegated from the Board of Trustees or Student Council

Meetings I attend:

• Student Council (2 hour meeting, five times a year)
• Annual Members meeting (1 per year, normally in Semester 1)
