Shared mailbox customer service auto replies

In most cases, your auto-reply is the first time a customer will ever receive an email from the Students’ Union so it’s really important we give a great first impression and give them useful information clearly and concisely. We have set up a template for you to edit and use in these instances. Please set your own times for replying but make sure that you are able to achieve them.
