Click & Collect - Free
- Choose the Click & Collect option at checkout and select your collection point
- Collections only available at the Union Shop, 432 Bancroft Road, London, E1 4DH
- Once ordered, collections are available from the next working day after 1pm
- Collections are only available on weekdays.
Standard Delivery (UK) - £4.99
- Get your items delivered with our standard delivery option (by Evri) within 3 - 5 working days
- Deliveries are between Monday - Saturday
International Deliveries - £12.00
- Get your items delivered within 12 - 14 working days
Refunds & Returns
Our standard returns policy for items bought online is 14 days once you have received your order, if the item is unused, in it's original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund, this does not include the postage.
If you have an issue with the quality of a product purchased from us, please email us regarding the problem and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
- Returns taken to the Union Shop, will be processed the same day as your visit. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.
- Please note that we do not pay for the delivery of any items retuned to us unless there is a fault with the product.
