Tell us how it's going

November is here, and we’re already half-way through this term (can you believe it?). That means it’s time for us to check in and see how things are going. Student life can feel like a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and we’d love to hear about the ups and downs, your best ideas and all the other things that are on your mind right now.

As your Students' Union, we are here to listen and act on your feedback, so we can make life as a QM student better. We’d love to get your input on some of the projects we are working on, but we’re also keen to hear what’s on your mind at the moment, so we’ve come up with a few different ways that you can get involved.

Oh, did we forget to mention the freebies and prizes? We know you’re busy, so we want to thank you for your time. Complete our AI survey and you’ll be entered into a £50 voucher prize draw - plus you can grab some sweets and freebies at our Exec on Tour sessions, and get a free hot drink if you complete the survey at our stall.

We’re also asking students to take part in an important Russell Group-wide survey on safety and gender-based violence, because no student should ever feel unsafe or experience harm on campus. Your experiences and perceptions matter, and your anonymous input will help universities across the UK understand how to better support and protect students.

Survey on Gender-Based Violence

Fri 28 Nov 2025

No student should ever feel unsafe or experience harm while at university. This is why we’re launching a survey, with other Students’ Unions across the Russell Group to gather students' experiences and perceptions of safety related to gender-based violence across Russell Group universities.
