Welfare Representative

Hi! My name is Viktoriia, and I’m a Welfare Representative at Queen Mary University of London. I study Marketing and Management, with a strong interest in student wellbeing, mental health, and how universities can better support their students.

I’m originally from Ukraine, and studying in the UK has given me a strong appreciation for inclusivity, accessibility, and the importance of supportive academic environments. As a Welfare Rep, my main priority is to ensure that students feel listened to, supported, and confident in accessing wellbeing resources, whether they’re dealing with academic stress, personal challenges, or adjusting to university life.

I aim to be approachable, proactive, and committed to representing student voices and turning concerns into meaningful action.
