Yes, registration is online only. Walk-ins or on-the-day registrations are not accepted.

We don't currently offer sibling or multi-week discounts. We've worked hard to keep our camp fees as affordable as possible for all families, and our prices are already heavily subsidised to provide excellent value for the range of activities and childcare on offer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare payments at this time. As a Students’ Union, our camps are already offered at a heavily subsidised rate to keep them as affordable as possible for families, and we are not currently registered with the schemes required to process these payments.

Yes! The camp is designed to be inclusive for all skill levels.

Yes, all children aged 8–11 are welcome regardless of residence.

Yes, please contact us in advance to discuss any special requirements.

No refunds, but bookings can be transferred to other days or weeks of equal value, subject to availability.
