My belief is that students need to be heard, respected, listened to, and have access to help when they need it. 

To do this I will:

Peer Networking

• An opportunity for students to discuss and write about their internships. 

Use Seniors as resource

•    Work to create a 'Learn from Seniors' scheme where Biomedical Science graduates and postgraduates will connect with undergraduates. 

 Globally reflective education 

•    Work to create an academic teaching team that is reflective of the world we live in. 

 Peer Support

•    Provide support for students and promote optimism.
