Hiya Guys! My name is Alia and I'm currently a second year medic. I think I'd be a great candidate for being a team leader because I genuinely enjoy the role that we have as volunteers. Working within the local community in an attempt to improve the standard of health and help educate people is something that is massively important to me, and is something that I have focussed on this year as a community outreach rep for another society. However, majority of this information was related to adults and I believe providing better education to children is the way to tackle these issues seen in adults. I have always enjoyed working with kids and get plenty of practice with my nieces and nephews ??. Communicating with children is a skill I have acquired and would love to develop, and believe TBH is the best way for me to do so. And most importantly I've got the tune of baby shark memorised for the rhythm of CPR :).
