Yoga is an excellent way to relax your mind and give your body the chance to use some energy. Don't forget that doing excersise is great important during revision - and this is for free and next to the Library so no excuses!

The yoga classes will be delivered by the regular QMotion coach and the session will be delivered to students on a first come first serve basis.
