To celebrate Earth Day join Queen Mary's Grounds and Gardens Supervisor Dimi to for a foraging walk around campus.
Foraging is the activity of findings, gathering and harvesting wild foods. It's a great way to stay active and spend time outdoors connecting with nature whilst learning about where your food comes from.
Join us to explore all the plants, herbs and berries that our Mile End Campus has to offer.
The walk will last approximately 40 minutes beginning at the Mile End Allotments (behind Village Shop- building 52 on campus map).
Students- please grab a free ticket above so that we know who to expect.
Staff- we'll be prioritising students but please email Sustainability Coordinator Tom on t.stockton@qmul.ac.uk if you'd like to come along and we'll confirm if we've got space ahead of the event.
