This event aims to help our members build up their study skills and time management to help cope with the workload at university during a pandemic. We will be talking about time management, organisation, creating the perfect balance between study and personal life, disconnecting from social media and creating motivation. Each section we will be exploring various psychological techniques that can influence these different areas. We will also have the chance to discuss some of our own experiences with studying and there will be a chance to work together and build our own routine based on the things we will discuss during the session.
