About this event

We either charge forward 100 miles an hour or we tuck up with a duvet and want the world to go away, there’s a better way to tackle study and life! Learn how to create balance in your day and break through those fluctuating routines.

The interactive workshop will be run by a professional facilitator through zoom and the link will be sent out to you on the day of the event.


The University, Residential Support and Students Union have worked together to develop a programme of events. This event has been kindly funded by the University and Residential Support.
