What is PiYo? 

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength and flexibility benefits of Yoga. Set up like a cardio class, its low impact, adaptable to all levels, but most importantly, designed to make you sweat!

Our Peaceful PiYo Sessions Kat, operate at a relaxed pace incorporating your favourite Yoga poses to relax you into your weekend activities.
