PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength and flexibility benefits of Yoga. Set up like a cardio class, its low impact, adaptable to all levels, but most importantly, designed to make you sweat!
Our Power PiYo Sessions with Kat focus more on our strength building exercises, involving dynamic and flowing movement to build on your strength whilst keeping you flexible for the week ahead.
