This month's Wellbeing Workshops will focus on life outside of lockdown and rejoining the world!

Stress is something people are all too familiar with these days, it’s important to learn tools that work for you, in this workshop we will go over a variety of tools that could work for you to help you destress & not head to burnout.


The interactive workshop will be run by a professional facilitator.


The University, Residential Support and Students Union have worked together to develop a programme of events. This event has been kindly funded by the University and Residential Support.
