This event will be ticketed this year as we have a capacity the venue has set. The ticket is free but you will need to purchase this ticket from the option on the sidebar of this page. Tickets will be checked upon entry to the event, if you do not have a ticket then you will not be allowed in.

Important:

You are not allowed to bring in your own alcohol as has been the case in previous years. the bar will be open inside the venue for you to buy drinks. There will be security checking for alcohol. if you are found with alcohol you will not be allowed to enter and your institution will be deducted 5 points.
