Capoeira is a Brazilian game, somewhere between a martial art and a dance. The movements are acrobatic and fluid and require flexibility and strength to perform. Capoeira is great fun to play, and our club aims to teach the physical skills, the music and the culture of Brazil while offering a vibrant social scene and an excellent way to stay in shape.
We welcome anyone to come and try capoeira at any of our regular sessions. The first session is free and there is no selection process or minimum skill level. We train Thursday's 6:30-8pm at the Qmotion Mind and Body Studio. All are welcome – just be sure to bring loose fitting clothes and plenty of water.
