We aim to teach the fundamentals of the game with the goal of placing high in the bi-annual National Competitions.
As the club has developed we will compete in the National University Baseball League over the Winter, both autumn and spring cups, an indoor league weekly in Whitechapel and numerous friendlies over the academic year.
We will be holding our first taster session the 23rd September beginning at 12. We hope this will take place at Finsbury Park although this may be subject to change. The session will last for roughly 2 hours and will begin with basic drills for new players to get used to the equipment and then progressing into game scenarios and concluding with hitting. If players have their own gloves they should bring them, however the only requirement is sports gear. We will not have a selection process. (Unless we have an exceptionally high turnout).
Participants will need to purchase their own team shirts through the club if they decide to become members. Purchasing your own glove is advised but not essential.
