Welcome to the QMUL Iberian and Latin American Society.
We are a mixture of natives, students of Hispanic studies, Erasmus students and those simply interested in the Iberian and Latin American cultures offering our members the chance to experience all things from Iberian and Latin American culture in an informative, interactive and creative manner.
Members can expect multiple exciting social events such as going to ILoveReggaeton, dinners at different Latin american and Iberian restaurants. We also closely work with Salsa Society and Latinx Society for collaborative, sports and political events. Finally, we are continuously in contact with similar societies in London. Therefore, as a member, you can enjoy an exclusive discount to the famous 'La Fiesta' party at Gabeto in Camden.
This society is an opportunity to (practice) speaking Spanish and Portuguese and interacting with people from various different countries. The society is also a great way to stay up to date with relevant events in London, including film festivals, gigs, exhibitions, plays, and lectures.
