Who is SfGH?

We are open to everyone who believes in health equity and is interested in discovering more about the many factors affecting global health.

If you want to learn more about global health issues , both locally and internationally , this is the perfect society for you!

Our calendar is packed this year with loads of fun and engaging events, including our book club with Angela Saini (author of Superior, FT book of the year) and we are so excited to see you there and hear your views!

Lots of global health love xx

Updates from 2019-20!

In 2019-20, we won Academic Event of the Year after hosting the National Global Health Conference 2020 and Best Society of the Year at Association Dinner! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we could not win this award in person, however, this is the perfect time to remember our wins in 2018-2019!

So, if you want to be part of this amazing society, PLEASE PAY SUBS NOW! They're only £3 for a limited time!

Upcoming Events

We know that things are going to have to be a bit different this year, but that doesn't mean we can't continue to bring you all the amazing events we always do! Your safety is our first priority so most of our events will be held online during the first term and we can't wait to see you there!

Ticket links will be released nearer the time - so just follow the links and keep an eye on the event pages!
