The Students’ Union has recently undertaken a myster shopper scheme in order to improve its cafes, shops, venues and activities and to improve customer service.
One of the criteria our mystery shoppers marked each venue on was the quality of customer service receieved from the member of staff who served them, and Mia scored an incredible 100/100! As a thank you from the Students’ Union, she received a thank you note from senior management and some gifts including an ASOS voucher, free hot drinks and sweet treats!
Our Student Staff work incredibly hard throughout the year (including during exam season!) to ensure students and staff across the University are able to enjoy our places and spaces all year round. We will soon be launcing a refreshed feedback scheme across our venues and spaces, so make sure you let us know what you think!
