What days and times do you train? Where do you train?

Monday 9:30-10:30pm at St George's Swimming Pool Wednesday 1-3pm Strength and Conditioning sessions in the gym, or fitness sessions in Laird Hall for those without gym memberships. Thursday 9.30-10.30pm at St George's Swimming Pool Sunday 6.15-7.45pm at York Hall Leisure Centre

What makes your training sessions enjoyable?

Competitively, we offer quality fitness and skills sessions inside the pool out, with a particular emphasis on making sure to cater to all abilities, thanks to the work of our brilliant coaches.

What was your club’s biggest success of the past year?

We've had an outstanding year- from amazing TOURs to Amsterdam and Brighton (with Malta coming up!), an absolutely packed Barts to the London Pub Crawl, and our mixed team LUSL 1A have the season of their lives!
