What days and times do you train? Where do you train?
It varies depending on the BUKC calendar (bukc.co.uk) This includes students from many universities around the UK.
What makes your training sessions enjoyable?
Test days organised by the BUKC (British Universities Karting Championship) are for students to get some experience with the go-kart and race tracks itself in order to hone their skills in preparation for the race season. Besides that, these sessions will have students from many different universities around the UK taking part which means you could make new friends from different places.
What was your club’s biggest success of the past year?
Coming in 4th place for the Rookies Championship at Buckmore Park.
So why should you get involved?
It's a good way to get some amateur racing experience and it's a lot of fun.
And a final fun fact about this club?
Most of our members do not have a driving license!
