Volunteer at Bow Foodbank - New Wednesday Shifts Available!

Volunteer shifts available every Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon!

Bow Foodbank was founded in early 2014 to alleviate food poverty within Tower Hamlets by providing food and support in the local community.

On Monday mornings, we help out with the running of the Foodbank at Bromley-by-Bow Community Centre, whether that is befriending the clients, helping out at the shop or serving refreshments. There is space for 4 volunteers in each time slot and shifts run from 7:30am-10am or 10am-1pm.

On Wednesday afternoons, the foodbank runs in Bethnal Green at Raine's Foundation School. There is space for 4 volunteers in each time slot and shifts run from 1:30 - 3:30pm or 3:30 - 5:30pm.

These opportunites are ongoing and recruit on a rolling basis.

If you would like to get involved with volunteering at the Foodbank then sign up for a shift here
