Qmotion

Qmotion is the Union’s sport and fitness centre at our Mile End Campus. The large open-plan gym is equipped with the latest facilities, a ladies only gym and runs over 30 group exercise classes per week. Catering for people of all ability levels and exercise goals, from beginners through to athletes competing on the world stage.

Join one of over 60 sports clubs, represent your university and compete in local, national and international competitions. Being part of a club is a great social experience and an excellent way to develop your sporting skills.

Get Active is our turn-up-and-play sport programme offering 30 sessions per week in a variety of sports from Badminton to Fencing. It’s the place to get involved in something new or simply to take part in your favourite activities.
