Effective teams work together to get more done, while dysfunctional teams can mean that nothing gets done. This session looks at different team dynamics you may come across, the roles within a team, and how to play to your strengths and mitigate your weaknesses as a team member. Applying what you learnt from this session to teamwork you are doing at university or at work is a great way to build on this skill, and would be great to talk about in your next job interview!
