QM Jiu Jitsu Training - Beginners Welcome!: 7:30pm - 9:30pm; Qmotion Sport and Fitness Centre; A Japanese martial art that uses your opponent's force against them via joint locks, throws, submissions and more, it's suitable for people of all levels of experience. Halloween Maze: 5pm - 8:30pm; Halloween Maze is back! This year come along to support our charities by doing our spooky maze with some bone-chilling challenges!

The event will include a guest speaker discussing breast cancer awareness, followed by a pink charm bracelet-making activity.
