About this event

This month's Wellbeing Workshops will focus on life outside of lockdown and rejoining the world!

Boundaries are crucial in all areas of your life, so lets talk about the most neglected, how to make and keep boundaries and the importance of what you say to your mind and do in your life.

The interactive workshop will be run by a professional facilitator.

The University, Residential Support and Students Union have worked together to develop a programme of events. This event has been kindly funded by the University and Residential Support.
