Green Week will be happening 20th-25th of February and is a celebration of all things sustainability, we've put together an exciting schedule of free events celebrating all things sustainability.

To celebrate the Students' Union and students have put together an exciting schedule of free events celebrating all things sustainability. Come along and get involved with canal cleaning, allotment planting or spruce up your CV!

Monday 20th February 

Save 20% on all meat-free food at campus outlets including Ground Café and the Curve (does not include food already on offer). Join us for another BIG green canal clean, litter pick, manage vegetation and get a free hot chocolate. 

 

 

Tuesday 21st February  

Come along to Library Square and learn about the Zero-waste shop, ask your questions, hear about the latest offers and grab yourself a 10% off voucher!  

For TODAY ONLY get 50% off selected products and loose ingredients including peanuts and cacao nibs, as well as 10% off selected vegan lines.

Wednesday 22nd February  

Sustainability is a hot topic. Come along to our skills workshop to understand how to match your skills to planet-friendly roles, and then learn from the experts at our Sustainable Careers Panel! Otherwise, take a break from studying, and taking a sustainable stroll to understand tram sustainability.  

 

Thursday 23rd February  

Get your bike fixed and learn how to plant (and germinate) your own chilli all in one day!  

 

Friday 24th February  

Come along to Fashion for Future’s free clothing swap, or pay as you feel, starting from £1. 

 

Saturday 25th February 

Join Sustain@BL for an art and photography walk in Epping Forest or go and help Trees for Cities conserve green areas through tree planting in Victoria Park, with free lunch provided.
