LearnQ courses are run in 4-week blocks, designed to help you build confidence, skills and strength - whatever your starting point.

LearnQ courses have been created with all levels in mind, you can start with the basics, level up your lifting, or jump straight into structured strength training. All sessions are coach-led in a safe and supportive space.

LearnQ: Learn to Lift

Ready to get stronger the smart way?

This 4-week course teaches you the key lifting moves with a focus on good form, confidence and consistency. You’ll work with barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises while learning how to train safely and effectively.

A great introduction for anyone wanting to nail the basics.

  • Thursday 6:30-7:30pm (Women's Only): 4 June / 11 June / 18 June / 25 June

LearnQ: Group Strength

Train stronger. Together.

A coached small-group strength programme designed to keep you accountable and progressing. Each 4-week block follows a structured plan built around classic lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses and bench, with accessory work and a finisher to push you.

You’ll learn progressive and functional strength training, all in a supportive space.
