As a result of complaints received and upheld, the Deputy Returning Officer has disqualified seven candidates from the elections. The affected candidates now have ten working days in which to lodge an appeal. This means that the counts for the remaining five Executive Officer positions cannot take place until the expiry of the appeal period on Tuesday 5 May.
