Can’t find your Course Rep?
There may be a few different reasons why you can’t find your Course rep:
- Check that you’re looking in the right place. Make sure you are filtering the Course Rep list to see positions for your school.
- For courses that are co-delivered by two or more schools, your Course Rep may be listed under a different school than you expected. Try filtering or searching for the other schools involved in delivering your course.
- Some courses have multiple reps because the course covers multiple specialisms. If your course has multiple specialisms, check whether there is a dedicated rep listed for your specialism.
- If you’re having trouble finding your Course Rep, use the search function at the top of the Microsoft List to search for your course name or specialism.
- If your Course Rep is listed as “Vacant”, this means that we do not currently have a Course Rep for your course. Your Faculty Executive Officer may be able to help in some instances. Alternatively, you could put yourself forward to become the Course Rep for your course. Contact us at su-coursereps@qmul.ac.uk to find out more.
