What is METCON?

A high paced hybrid style class held in our Performance Studio. Get the most out of your working by blending strength, cardio and functional movements to push the limits. The sessions will be challenging in every way, from heavy weights to high paced cardio it has it all. The sessions are designed to be fun but challenging and will leave you sweaty, strong and buzzing.
