What is Hatha Yoga?

In Hatha Yoga, your instructor will take you through a slow and focused flow. This calm and gentle form of yoga will help you to slowly condition the body and balance your mind. You will learn some essential poses, as well as challenge yourself in more difficult postures. This is the perfect yoga class for beginners, or anyone who prefers slow practice which allows you to ease your mind and gradually improve physical and mental fitness.
