What is KB-fit

KB-Fit is a class combining kettlebell and bodyweight movements using circuit style formats. The purpose of this class is to improve strength and endurance using the many kettlebell exercises available. Attendees will be taught different kettlebell exercises and complete a training session with the exercise and bodyweight movements.
