Slow down, breathe and stretch. Stretch is a guided flexibility session that will enhance recovery, assist with relaxation and improve posture. Consisting of 30 minutes of static and dynamic stretches you’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored and ready for the day. This class is suitable for all levels, so come along and your body will thank you!
