What is Circuit?

A high energy, fun workout using a variety of exercises and functional training tools designed to help you improve your fitness and strength. Your instructor will take you through a full body workout on a variety of stations, using bodyweight exercises, equipment, and core work, with each station designed to make you stronger and fitter in only 30 minutes.
