What is Combat Circuit?

A high energy, combat based circuit using a variety of martial arts and functional training tools designed to get you into fighting shape. Your instructor will take you through a full body workout on a variety of stations, using bodyweight exercises, equipment, and core work, with each station designed to make you stronger and fitter in only 30 minutes.

How to attend a class

To take part in a group exercise class you will need to collect a token from the Qmotion reception desk. Tokens are given out 15 minutes before the class on a first come first served basis.
